pink and steel blue and everything in between

Been busy cooking up some tasty invitations this summer.  Having great fun working with clients, capturing their vision and of course, CREATING!! Talked a bit about it all Back here.

Check out these photos of some of my new designs… including my favorite invitation to date!

elegant pretty delicate paperThe first bridal shower invitation is hand-stamped with petal pink ink and mounted on a shimmer pink and grey card stock.  The overall look was simple and pretty.  The petals of each flower are detailed and delicate setting the tone for an elegant event!

delicate pretty elegant paperThe next bridal shower ended up being my favorite invitation to date.  These invites are very detailed, using paper punching to create a lace effect.  Each invitation contains six layers of paper in the perfect shades of pink.  The final detail is in a rose embossed vellum that lies over the bottom layer. Perfect for a pink and cream color-scheme.  Again, the end result was a delicate, elegant and pretty piece of stationery!

masculine elegant outdoor nauticalAnd lastly for the rehearsal dinner, we went a different direction all together…no pink, but playing up the steel blue from the brides color scheme.  Silver and steel blue paper with pearl strands stamped in silver, come together to give this invitation a more masculine feel, while remaining elegant.  Perfect for an outdoor event.  The hand stamped pearls almost remind me of strands of lights.

Here are some more photos of each design
